4. Child Safety Standards & Prohibited Content

Skeleton has zero tolerance for Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

We explicitly prohibit:

• Any sexual content involving minors
• Grooming, solicitation, or exploitation of children
• Sharing, requesting, or distributing Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM)
• Roleplay, imagery, text, or links that depict or encourage sexual activity involving minors

This prohibition applies to all content, including posts, messages, usernames, profile descriptions, images, and links.

Any violation results in immediate content removal, account suspension or termination, and reporting to appropriate authorities where required.

5. Reporting & In-App Safety Mechanisms

Skeleton provides in-app tools that allow users to:

• Report content, users, or conversations
• Submit safety concerns or feedback
• Flag suspected CSAE or other harmful behavior

Reports are reviewed by our moderation team, and appropriate action is taken promptly.

6. CSAM Detection, Response & Legal Reporting

Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM:

• The content is immediately removed
• The associated account is restricted or permanently banned
• Evidence is preserved as required by law
• Confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant regional authority
• We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations

Skeleton complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations in jurisdictions where it operates.

7. Child Safety Point of Contact

Skeleton has a designated Child Safety contact responsible for enforcement and coordination with Google Play and authorities.

This contact is authorized to respond to CSAE notifications, moderation escalations, and compliance inquiries.

8. Security Measures

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user information from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, or destruction.

However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes become effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of Skeleton means you accept the updated policy. It is your responsibility to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
